  • Develop trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Utilize available accessible recruiting tools to research and source qualified applicants and candidates who meet specific needs and qualifications and identify them for current or future talent needs
  • Conduct candidate searches using databases, online advertisements, online search engines, professional networks, social media and passive candidate sources
  • Strong sense of urgency and discretion when prioritizing use of recruiting tools based on urgency and budget
  • Ability to work unsupervised, be highly organized and motivated
  • Graduate for an accredited college/university with at least a bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 1 year business development experience in healthcare recruitment/Staffing
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships and grow sales year-over-year
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to implement new ideas

Business Development Specialist

  • Execute and implement business development strategies to develop relationships and expand business with new and existing clients
  • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and expand existing client accounts
  • Develop and maintain good understanding of each client’s current and future business and requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and acquire industry knowledge relevant to develop and maintain client relationship
  • Cold-call prospects, generate leads and meet daily
  • Liaise with recruiter and ensure the recruiting process, candidate pipeline and corporate goals are achieved
  • Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in healthcare placement/staffing in an agency or corporate recruitment environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage candidates
  • Experience in the recruitment of professional-level healthcare personnel
  • Experience within a demanding volume-based recruitment environment, a plus
  • Ability to work and collaborate with a team
  • Passion for recruiting, strong perceptive abilities and client service ethics
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities
  • Knowledge of HIPPA rules regarding privacy and confidential information
  • Candidate and client information should be handled in confidence and with privacy
  • Experienced with Microsoft office products, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
